Golden Dog Grooming Co. Policies

-All dogs require an up to date rabies vaccination!!!

Grooming Times

-Average time for a groom is 3 to 4 hours, however as we do work with live animals, unexpected things can and do happen.

-Dogs who are elderly or not used to the grooming process will require breaks in order to reduce stress.

-Dogs with behavioral issues, first timers or dogs who are matted and overdue will have longer wait times.

-Please do not show up for your dog without having received a call. If owners walk in while dog is being worked on it can lead to injury for both dog and groomer.

Late Policy

-Please be sure to be on time for your appointment!

-Clients who arrive 15 minutes late or more, especially without calling, will most likely need to be rescheduled.

-A 24 hour notice is required for cancellation

-Clients who cancel without proper notice will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the base price of the dog's weight class. Exceptions can be made for illness or unforeseen emergency situations!

-Clients who No Call No Show for their dogs appointment will be charged a fee of 100% the base price of the dog’s weight class.

-If there are three No Call No Shows, the fee as well as a deposit will be required of 100% the base price of the dog's weight class in order to schedule another appointment. Deposits are non refundable.
